COVID-19
Thank you for your ongoing support and continued efforts as we focus on our top priority: keeping school open for our students’ academic and mental well-being.
We will continue to follow the updated school guidance from the Department of Health for the 2022-23 school year.
Any edits to our protocol and plans regarding COVID-19 will be posted to this page and also communicated through our regular updates to families. Questions? Email COVID Coordinators, Kathy Cox and Amanda Lucero.
Keep Students Home If They Exhibit Any Symptoms of Illness.
Please notify the attendance office if your student/s will be absent.
If Your Student Tests Positive, please email Amanda Lucero at alucero@stcatherineschool.net
St. Catherine is partnering with the Washington State Department of Health and Health Commons Project to offer free COVID-19 testing at St. Catherine. This program provides students and staff with quick and highly accurate COVID-19 PCR and antigen testing as symptoms arise or following known exposure. This is an optional program in which a PCR student consent form or antigen student consent form must be completed prior to testing and submitted to the office (alucero@stcatherineschool.net). We are able to conduct tests during school hours (at mutually agreeable times).
CDC Coronavirus Self Checker Tool: The CDC’s Coronovirus Self-Checker Tool is an interactive clinical assessment tool that will assist individuals ages 13 and older, and parents and caregivers of children ages 2 to 12 on deciding when to seek testing or medical care if they suspect they or someone they know has contracted COVID-19 or has come into close contact with someone who has COVID-19.
